TEMPORARY USER
To use the T-Bike bicycle rental system, registration is required, which can be done at docking station terminals where registration option is available, on our website by clicking the LOGIN button (top menu), or in the T-Bike mobile application.
After registration, you need to purchase a ticket that provides access to the T-Bike bicycle rental system. For purchasing a ticket use one of our docking stations with bank terminal, LOGIN on our website with your data provided during registration and click BUY TICKET button or download our T-Bike mobile application.
If you have already registered in T-BIKE system, your registration is also valid on online surface of further bike sharing systems:BabiBike, EgerBringa, GyőrBike, KombiBike, MariaValeriaBike, PecsiKe, Vbike. The ticket or pass valid to use the T-BIKE system cannot be used with the mentioned bike sharing systems.
In order to use the listed systems, a ticket or pass has to be purchased for the determined area of the system.

The valid ticket entitles you to rent a bike for a maximum period of 10 hours per occasion. If you do not return the rented bike to one of the docking stations within 10 hours, bike will be reported as missing, and the maintenance will start look for it immediately.
People under 14 are not entitled to rent a bike.
T-Bike rental bicycles can be used within the area marked on the map below. If You drive a T-bike out of the authorised area, the bike will be automatically reported as missing, and the maintenance will start look for it immediately.

RENT A BIKE
After registration and ticket purchase You can rent a bike from the terminals at the stations. The list and location of stations can be found under the STATIONS menu.
Bike rental is possible only after registration and ticket purchase. Choose the menu item „Rent with PIN code” on the terminal screen, enter your 8-digit PIN code and after acceptance enter the number of the chosen dock. The number can be found on the dock itself. An audible (beep) and a visible (flash) sign will appear on the dock, and the bike will be unlocked for 20 seconds (continuous flashing). Bike can be pulled out of the dock during this time. If the bike is still in the dock after 20 seconds, it will be locked back automatically.
Renting with T-Bike mobile APP
Renting a bike is also possible with the T-Bike mobile application. Start a rental in the T-Bike mobile app, enter the number of the bike or scan the QR code of the bike by using your smartphone.
After renting the bike You have 2 minutes to check the technical state of the bike before the rental fee starts being counted. Should you find any problems with the bike (vandalism, puncture, something broken, etc.), you may return the bike to the docking station for free of charge within the 2 minutes.
RETURN THE BIKE
After finishing your ride, please return the bike to the closest docking station to your final destination. Insert the bike in the dock and make sure that it is locked.
Following your login, you will have access to further functions on the website or directly at the terminal.
Request balance and transactions: You can request the current balance, check the validity of the card, data of previous four journeys, the code of the bike rented.
Reporting damage or vandalism: Please help our work and safety of bikers! If you have found a damaged bike or have come across the case of vandalism of any T-BIKE station, please report us! You can report faulty bikes or docking stations directly at the terminal, on our website by clicking ERROR REPORT button (after LOGIN) or in our T-Bike mobile application.
REGULAR USERS
BUY A PASS
For regular users, we recommend buying a monthly, a biannual (6 months) or an annual (12 months) pass. If you want to buy a pass, you can find the list of sales points on the terminal screen, on our website by clicking the SALES POINTS button and in the T-Bike mobile application.

THE T-BIKE CARD
People under 14 are not entitled to rent a bike.

You need to buy a T-Bike card and a pass to get access to the T-Bike bike rental system. In addition, each pass must be topped up with the specified minimum amount when purchasing. You can apply for a card at card sales points. Addresses and contact details are available on the terminal screen, on our website by clicking the SALES POINTS button and in the T-Bike mobile application. Passes can be bought when you apply for a card or extend an expired pass.
The T-Bike user card is a plastic card with a unique identifier which entitles the card holder to rent a bike. A user can own up to 4 cards, and with the 4 cards the user can rent 4 bikes at the same time.
The amount topped up on the T-Bike card can be used during the period of pass validity or on a new pass purchased within one month after the expiry of a previous pass. The bike rental fee will be deducted from this amount. If the balance goes into minus or the pass expires, bikes cannot be rented. In this case the docking station will give an audible sound (choppy beeping).
Minus balance must be cleared first before the minimum amount is being topped up. The valid pass entitles the user to rent 1 bicycle at the same time.
After the pass expires, the unused balance will be refunded to the User at Card Sales Points within the period of one month after expiry.
Top up the T-Bike card at Card Sales Points, on our website by clicking the TOPUP PASS button (after LOGIN), or in the T-Bike mobile APP.
