T-BIKE TICKET PRICES AND RENTAL FEES

Payable for use: Ticket price + Rental fee

There is no extra cost for using bicycles in any half-hour rental period for the type of ticket/pass purchased. If you rent the bicycle for more than half an hour, the system will charge an additional cost every half hour.

In case of purchasing a ticket, the system will temporarily reserve an amount 10.000 HUF from your available balance on your bank account. Within 24 hours of the expiration of the purchased ticket validity, the system deducts the price of the ticket, rental fee, and debit/credit card costs from the temporarily reserved amount and release any unspent funds. This process may take 5 banking days at best.

The valid ticket gives the user the right to rent one bike with the maximum rental period of 10 hours per occasion. If you do not return the rented bike to one of the docking stations within 10 hours, bike will be reported as missing, and the maintenance will start look for it immediately.

REGULAR USERS

For regular users, we recommend buying a monthly, a biannual (6 months) or an annual (12 months) pass. If you want to buy a pass, you can find the list of sales points on the terminal screen, on our website by clicking the SALES POINTS button and in the T-Bike mobile application.

Passes can be bought when you apply for a card or extend an expired pass at Card Sales Points.

FOR CITIZENS OWNING A VALID TATABÁNYA CARD WE OFFER DISCOUNTED PASSES. 

Discounted passes can be bought by presenting a valid Tatabánya card.

In addition, each pass must be topped up with 2000 HUF when purchasing.

The amount topped up on the T-Bike card can be used during the period of pass validity or on a new pass purchased within one month after the expiry of a previous pass. After the pass expires, the unused balance will be refunded to the User at Card Sales Points within the period of one month after expiry. The bike rental fee will be deducted from this amount.
